Future of work in Poland

It is our pleasure to invite you to a meeting on the Future of work in Poland

Demographic changes, the increased use of technology, the educational/business divide, globalisation and new models of work will all be discussed at the next HR policy group meeting on 8th August.

The population is ageing in much of the developed world and Poland is no exception Technological advances have automated many routine tasks formerly performed by semi-skilled workers. The growth of technology has also eroded physical barriers to working and has enabled people in previously isolated countries to participate in global business.   Educational authorities are struggling to adapt their systems to meet the needs of the modern economy.  The rise of the Internet has facilitated new ways of working and created online marketplaces where workers can connect and transact business.

Professor Andrzej Blatiak of the Leadership and Management Institute will suggest how HR can prepare for these changes.
