Construction & Real Estate Breakfast

The BPCC invites to the Q2 meeting of the Real Estate Policy Group.

The focus at the June Construction and Real Estate breakfast is on warehousing and logistics. Expert speakers will begin the event with a brief overview of how they see market conditions, which will lead to an open discussion in which every participant's views are welcome.

In particular, we are interested to see how the deal pipeline is looking, whether demand is matching supply, how yields are expected to perform in the short- and medium-term future, and the trends shaping the warehouse sub-sector, such as the development of e-commerce and the rise of 'last-mile logistics'.

Operating under the Chatham House Rule, the breakfast gives companies the chance to talk open  The aim is to gain insights into trading conditions going forward, to consider future threats and opportunities. Bringing together investors, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, architects and civil engineers alongside real-estate agents creates a valuable knowledge-sharing platform for all parties as well as potential business-development opportunities.
