Construction and Real Estate breakfast

It's clear that Poland's construction boom is past its peak, but it's far from over. The latest data from across the sector suggests that employment intentions and output growth are slightly down from their mid-2018 highs.

Manufacturing and logistics are also reporting softer demand. However, with EU-funded infrastructure projects in full swing, and high-profile commercial developments in Poland's big cities growing ever taller, there's still strength in the sector. But how's the pipeline from building site to tenant shaping up? What new trends are being observed? Are labour availability and building material price increases holding back contractors and developers?

The BPCC's Construction and Real Estate breakfasts bring together professionals to discuss state of trade across the sector, share insights and network. Held under the Chatham House Rule, the meetings are designed to encourage an open exchange of ideas and observations between BPCC members in construction and real estate.
