Changes in tax regulations in the beginning of 2016

Chosen changes about to be introduced in Polish tax law in the beginning of 2016, as well as their consequences for the taxpayers, will be discussed. We will also focus on the actions one can take in order to address the upcoming amendments.

The meeting will be led by Wojciech Garczyński,  Manager and Tax Adviser at Baker Tilly, Member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.

Wojciech Garczyński gives advice to Polish and international clients on matters regarding  domestic, EU and international tax law. He started his career at Baker Tilly in 2011 and he has been a tax adviser since 2007.

At Baker Tilly, he supports clients in building tax-effective structures of their investments, restructurings and  divestments, as well as gives advice on short- and long-term financing, ensuring its efficiency at every stage. He prepares tax documentation for the purposes of transactions between affiliates. Mr. Garczyński is responsible for providing guidance to these Personal Income Tax payers who account for numerous revenue subjects (employees and pensioners). Also, he represents clients before the court in revenue, duty and administrative proceedings.
