BPCC Academy: Employer Branding Strategy - how to attract, gain and retain the biggest talents?

We have the pleasure of inviting you to attend a workshop entitled: „Employer Branding Strategy - how to attract, gain and retain the biggest talents”

During a practical workshop Grayling Poland consultant will guide participants through the process of building an employer branding strategy based on a specially prepared case study. While we gain an insight to the needs and unique features of our “client”, participants of the workshop will create a strategy of internal and external communication. We will also discuss:

  • How to begin crafting an Employer Branding strategy?
  • What is EVP and why these three letters mean so much?
  • How to build key messages and use them in communication?
  • What are global Employer Branding trends and what should we rather avoid?

The workshop will be conducted by Agnieszka Czarnecka – expert in the area of Employer Branding and internal communication, who has experience in working with such brands as Mars Polska, Allegro, Owens-Illinois or Novo Nordisk.
