Wrocław - Legal and tax aspects of delegation of employees
On the 3rd of February 2017 a seminar ,,Legal and tax aspects of delegation of employees” was held in Wrocław’s Hilton hotel. The meeting was based on the expertise of professionals representing the law firm Wierzbowski Eversheds, and under the patronage of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce.
Presentations were based on case studies therefore participants had an opportunity to take notice of practical tips, and also to verify the popular assumptions that became outdated in the time of occurring legislative changes. Speakers focused on interactive form of presentation, encouraging audience to ask questions.
Main agenda included exploring current challenges that are facing employers focusing on all of the new obligations introduced to legislation as of June 18, 2016. Experts presented minimum conditions of employment with particular emphasis on delegation, as well as in reference to the subject in the context of the tax laws.
During the interactive discussion panel some of the issues were additionally expanded, and the networking part of the meeting turned out to be a great opportunity for an individual exchange of opinions with each of the experts.
