The meeting was focused on the wide range of issues relating to diversity in context of the business environment.
Participants were welcome by Olga Grygier-Siddons, President of the Board PwC, who introduced the topic.
Guest of honour - Agnieszka Kozłowska-Rajewicz, The Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment – presented practical aspects of diversity in Poland in the context of existing regulations relating to equal treatment and the proposed amendments to the law.
The agenda also included:
- Presentation of the Polish Diversity Charter launched in 2012 by Magdalena Andrejczuk, Responsible Business Forum (RBF)
- Polish Diversity Card in practice – case studies (two of 15 founding members): Provident Polska (Maria Sieklucka) and PwC (Ewa Zmysłowska).
Following the presentations there was a panel discussion moderated by Agata Stafiej-Bartosik, PwC . Panelists were: Tomasz Szypuła, Chairman, LGBT Business Forum; minister Agnieszka Kozłowska-Rajewicz and Magdalena Andrejczuk, RBF.
