Partners in DZP are pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners: Robert Niczyporuk and Akinkayode Robert Phillips. The new partners have all worked at DZP for some time and form a team of over 140 lawyers including 21 partners at Poland’s largest law firm.
 Robert specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring (both tax and legal aspects), securities trading and capital market operations.

 Akinkayode advises on business law, specialising in corporate advisory in the form of complex legal due diligences of business entities for merger and take-over purposes.
