Euromost Polska is extremely happy winning such a prestigious award as the STAFF CARE AWARD 2008 announced during BPCC GALA AWARDS on 21st April 2008 in Warsaw.
Euromost is a construction consultancy company where the most valuable and valued resource is its people; it’s the employees who have made the company so successful, with a great future ahead.
Euromost employs only the brightest talent, providing an environment that will attract them and creating a great place for the employees to work, grow and prosper. Euromost’s staff can develop their career and improve their skills by the ambitious training program and involvement in some of the top projects being constructed in Poland.
The majority of the staff are employed in our offices in Warsaw, with smaller numbers in the Krakow and Wroclaw and Gdynia branch offices.

Euromost take great care of their employees, from the beginning to give new staff a thorough induction process to make them feel more comfortable and self confident in a new environment. All staff have regular trainings, some are internal-provided by our senior staff and others provided by outside specialized training companies. The ambitious training program helps to encourage entrepreneurial spirit and give the added value to the projects which employees manage.
Successful teamwork and effective communication between employees is very important as projects are completed by teams not individuals.
