Aleksandra Minkowicz-Flanek, counsel.
heads the labour and employment practice. Aleksandra specialises in labour and employment law and also focuses on corporate and public procurement issues. Aleksandra participates in projects involving mergers of companies, transfers of enterprises, employment due diligence analysis, preparation of contracts related to employment issues in individual and collective employment relations such as contracts with key executives, non-compete agreements, termination documentation, social agreements, etc. She publishes and speaks at conferences on a regular basis. She also runs training courses for our clients’ employees in the field of labour law. Aleksandra was admitted as a legal adviser in 2007. She graduated from Warsaw University (Master of Law, 1999) and completed postgraduate studies on Intellectual Property at Warsaw University (2003).

Paweł Krzykowski, associate.
specialises in labour and corporate law. Paweł is particularly involved in assisting clients within the scope of employment contracts, termination of employment relationship, confidentiality agreements, group lay-offs, workplace rules, remuneration rules, other regulations applicable at the workplace. He provides day-to-day advice on labour law issues. From 2005 to 2007 he was an arbitrator in public procurement disputes. He has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association training programme since 2007. Paweł graduated from Warsaw University (Master of Law, 2001) and holds a post-graduate diploma in management and finance from the Warsaw School of Economics (2006).

Adam Brzeziński, associate.
specialises in labour law, civil law and civil procedure. His area of interest also includes commercial law. Adam has experience in proceedings related to personal injury liquidation, mediation and labour law disputes. Adam deals primarily with projects related to preparation and termination of managerial and employment contracts, drafting termination documentation related to collective lay-offs, workplace and remuneration rules, as well as studying other regulations applicable at the workplace. He also participates in due diligence projects. Adam joined the Warsaw Advocates Bar Association programme in 2007. He graduated from Warsaw University (Master of Laws, 2006) and the British Centre for English and European Law at Warsaw University in association with Cambridge University (2007).
