New partner at Wierzbowski Eversheds
Krzysztof Feluch strengthens the M&A and Real Estate Team
We are pleased to announce that on 1 January 2009, Advocate Krzysztof Feluch became a partner in our law firm.
Krzysztof Feluch is a graduate of the University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration. He has over twelve years of experience in corporate and commercial law, privatization of enterprises and banks, and M&A. He has advised numerous private investors during restructuring of Polish business, and led the legal aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, including those involving such companies as Huta Częstochowa steelworks and Gdańsk Shipyard.
His experience also includes comprehensive legal services for companies in the fields of production, trade and development; investment funds; advertising agencies; and media companies involved in the Internet, press and software.
At Wierzbowski Eversheds, Krzysztof Feluch will lead the M&A and Real Estate team.
