Portfolio of projects in industrial building sector grows
HOCHTIEF Polska Poz-Building Branch has signed an agreement with Phoenix Contact “Wielkopolska” for the design and construction of a new production hall No. 4 with an office - social part and accompanying infrastructure in Nowy Tomyśl. Currently the design stage is in progress. The contract volume was agreed to be kept confidential.
The single-storey hall with two additional technical storeys above the roof height has been designed on a rectangular plan with a surface area of approximately 8,000 square meters. The hall shall be a 5-nave building, executed in stanchion-spandrel construction. In the two-storey office part particular rooms on the first floor are separated by glazed screen walls in aluminium construction.

Besides offices the building also has training rooms and social rooms. The whole object covers an area of over 9,500 square meters. Electro-technical and electronic components shall be produced in the new hall. Approximately 400 persons shall be employed there. The project is planned to be completed in autumn 2009. |
