Pritchard Englefield advisors to Broadbean Technology

Pritchard Englefield advised the vendors of Broadbean Technology, Europe’s leading provider of online job advert distribution and response tracking solutions for the recruitment industry, in its acquisition by Associated Northcliffe Digital (AND).

AND is the digital consumer division of Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT) the digital consumer division of DMGT.

The acquisition provides Broadbean with access to AND’s extensive resources and breadth of experience in the digital arena. Under the terms of the deal Broadbean will maintain its brand name, continue to be led by the current management team from its headquarters in Canary Wharf and retain all its current employees.

Pritchard Englefield's team was led by Bryan Bletso, partner in the firm's corporate department, with Dr. Jane Havergal leading the firm’s property law advice team. Reynolds Porter Chamberlain advised AND on the deal.
