More business applications for assessing mental toughness are still being discovered -
-          in recruitment
-          while planning promotion and succession
-          in managing teams of sales representatives
-          while determining employees’ success factors in an organisation
-          before introducing significant changes in an organisation
-          in estimating chances of achieving certain sales results
-          in preventing professional burnout
-          in employee development planning

MTQ48 – the only existing tool measuring mental toughness –  is recommended by the British Institute of Leadership and Management.
