New Faces in Property Management Department |

Property management departament has increased by 4 new persons: Dorota Chomuntowska, Jowita Kuchar, Joanna Bagińska i Magda Jackowska, who will manage retail projects.
Dorota Chomuntowska took on a post of Retail Center Operations Director. She is the licensed property manager with almost 10 years experience. She has a wide knowledge on managing of retail centers. Before joining Colliers Dorota worked as Country Manager and Board Member in Euro Mall Centre Management Poland where she was coordinating and supervising opening process of Galeria Biała in Białystok.
While working for TK Polska Operations she was on a post of Director of Copernicus Retail Center in Toruń. She was responsible for opening of his Centre.
She is a graduate of Society of Economic Initiative Higher School of Management in Warsaw.
Dorota is interested in psychology. In a spare time she reads books, travels and watches criminal movies.
Jowita Kuchar started working at Colliers International as Junior Property Manager and she will be taking care of retail centers being in company’s portfolio
She was gaining her experience while working in Euro Centre Management Poland, where she managed Targówek Retail Park in Warsaw, also worked in TK Polska Operations and Apsys Management.
Jowita finished the Nicholas Copernicus University and College of Banking in Toruń. Currently she is obtaining property manager license.
She is passionate about travels, exploring new cultures and about sports, biking and skiing especially.

Joanna Bagińska accepted the position of Retail Center Manager and will manage Marino Retail Center in Wrocław.
Joanna has an experience in the field of management which she obtained while working as Vice Director in Redis (Shopping Recreation and Retail Center Magnolia Park). As Property Management Specialist in Apsys Management she was taking care of Korona Retail Center.
Joanna graduated from Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of Wrocław University. Currently she is obtaining property manager license
She likes winter sports, especially skiing. During spare weekends Joanna visits Lower Silesian cities and learns charms of the region.
Magdalena Jackowska joined the Property Management Department as Centre Manager Assistant and will support the Manager in daily duties connected with managing Marino Retail Center in Wrocław.
Prior to joining Colliers Magda managed Walker’s School of Foreign Languages for Children in Wrocław. She also worked in HR Department and Purchase Department of Ade Line (former Almi Decor).
Magda obtained masters degree on Wrocław University, faculty of Polish Language and Literature.
Her hobby is jazz music, Scandinavian cinematography and modern literature. |
