 Jarosław Wnuk has been promoted to the position of Director and Head of Capital Markets at the King Sturge Warsaw office. He has been Head of Investment Consultancy with King Sturge since 2004. He was involved in the property acquisitions and disposals Poland wide. Jaroslaw was a key representative of Aviva Central European Property Fund in Poland and had successfully purchased a number of properties on Fund’s behalf. He also cooperates closely with a UK based Dawnay Day and among others advised them on acquisition of Promenada in Warsaw. He deals with other institutional and private investors. He advised Degi on acquisition of Focus building in Warsaw.
 Tomasz Buras has been promoted to a Senior Associate at the King Sturge Office Agency. He is a specialist in an occupier representation and leasing advisory services. At King Sturge Warsaw, Tomasz is in charge of the Office Agency team, responsible for both occupier and landlord services. He is overseeing leasing of office projects in Warsaw, Łódź, Katowice and TriCity. At the moment his team is in charge of leasing 10 office projects with a total space of over 250,000 m². On the occupier side he has worked with clients such as: Deloitte, Generali, Rednet, Berlin Chemie, Legrand, Zenith Optimedia, Saatchi & Saatchi, PZU, etc. Prior to joining King Sturge in 2006 Tomasz spent four years working in a Corporate Solutions department at Jones Lang LaSalle where he completed numerous projects for international companies comprising: office acquisitions, lease renegotiations and office consolidations. His clients included IBM, BNP Paribas, ExxonMobil, General Motors, Mastercard, VISA, Cisco, Computer Associates, Scandinavian Tobacco, Apsys, Young & Rubicam, JWT, among others.
 Jacek Kamiński has been promoted to the position of Associate Director in Valuation Department at King Sturge Warsaw. He joined King Sturge in 2002 straight after graduation from the Warsaw Polytechnic with a double diploma in Land Register and Business Management. Recently Jacek has completed Property Appraisal and Management course at the Sheffield Hallam University, Great Britain, and he became a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also qualified valuer, licensed broker and property manager. Now Jacek is completing MBA studies. Within last six years in King Sturge Jacek gained wide experience in commercial property valuation, due diligence and feasibility study. In his spare time he enjoys to scuba dive, ski and travel. Since 2002 she is a certified broker.

 Krzysztof Jarocki has recently been promoted to Associate Director at the King Sturge Valuation Department. Prior to joining King Sturge in 2004, Krzysztof was gaining experience in the Property Department at the Polish Ministry of Agriculture. As a Polish Licensed Valuer, Krzysztof has an extensive expertise of the valuation of commercial properties, residential projects and vacant sites. He has been involved in a number of valuations and projects on behalf of top international and domestic clients. Krzysztof graduated form the Warmińsko-Mazurski University in Olsztyn with the diploma in Property Valuation and Geodesy. Recently Krzysztof has completed Property Valuation and Management studies at Sheffield Hallam University, Great Britain. He is currently working towards becoming a member of RICS (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
 Agnieszka Michalczewska has been promoted to the position of Associate Director at the King Sturge Retail Agency. In 2006 she joined King Sturge to develop the newly formed retail department. Today King Sturge Retail Agency team consists of 6 individuals working on 16 retail projects including: Galeria Wzorcownia in Włocławek, Galeria Mosty in Płock, Helical Park Sośnica in Gliwice, galleries in Wałbrzych, Jelenia Góra, Łomża, Kalisz among other. Agnieszka has been working in real estate since 1999, starting her career in the Polish company Maxon Nieruchomości where her focus was on retail. Prior to joining King Sturge Agnieszka worked also for DTZ and Blue City shopping mall in Warsaw.
 Dorota Ejsmont has been recently promoted to Associate Director at the King Sturge Office Agency in Warsaw. Dorota has over 10 years experience in the Warsaw real estate market. She is with King Sturge since 2005 and now she is in charge of leasing few office buildings in Warsaw including Orco Tower, Cristal Park, Domaniewska Business Center, Piękna 18 and Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia. She was involved in leasing the Cirrus office building, where are now GlaxoSmithKline and Regus offices located. She has wide experience in leasing service, having advised a number of domestic and international companies in their real estate strategies including Leo Burnett, Verlag Dashofer, Lionbridge, Berlin HYP, Merck, Teleaudio, Enelmed, Komex, TEC Polska, Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy, Imperial Cinepix.
Prior to joining King Sturge, Dorota had worked for 6 years in the Office Department at Maxon Nieruchomości. Dorota has a degree in management studies
