22nd July 2008 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Piotr Kopiński was appointed Associate Director and Head of Building Consultancy services for Poland.
Piotr has over ten years experience in architecture, project management and corporate facilities strategy. He brings his professional interest and experience in development planning, operational excellence, workplace innovation and corporate facilities strategy to his project management responsibilities at CBRE.
Piotr leads an integrated team of project managers, architects and designers which can also draw on in house cost consultancy, mechanical & electrical and services design support.
His specialisation is in co-ordination and management of commercial real estate projects from inception to completion, working in and around Poland both for occupiers and owners.
Working in a multi-disciplinary surveying practice, he has developed a keen awareness of current market standards and expectations, ensuring Clients’ properties achieve market expectations at minimum cost.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Piotr worked for Strabag, one of the largest general contractors in Poland as a head of Central Technical Department and for Caterpillar as Project Manager, being involved in several projects of heat and power stations in Poland.

Graduated from Electrical Engineering Department of Poznan Technical University, he has been also working for Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Biocybernetics. Piotr is fluent in English and his hobbies include geology and mountain climbing.
