The Polish labour market is getting tighter. Companies – especially those located in and around the largest, fastest-growing cities – are facing great challenges in terms of reducing staff turnover and recruiting suitable candidates. Skill shortages seem to be here to stay. What are the latest trends? What changes will occur in the Polish labour market over the next few years? What should companies be doing to assure continuity of service? What should the government be doing to ease bottlenecks in the labour market – especially bearing in mind the massive regional and demographic disproportions in unemployment?
