Colliers International appointed as the exclusive agent for new shopping center in Brzeg |

The shopping center will be located in the city center of Brzeg at Wrocławska street, next to the historical Old Town and The Castle, surrounded by the beautiful parks of Nad Fosą and Nadodrzański. The mall will offer 10,000 sqm of retail space and will be combined with a 4 star hotel, with a minimum of 85 rooms.
Brzeg is the fourth largest city of opolskie voivodship with almost 40,000 of inhabitants who will soon benefit from the complex of shopping mall and the hotel.
The new shopping center will include a supermarket, consumer electronics store (RTV AGD), clothes and shoe shops of well-known brands and various restaurants and services available for the local consumers. Colliers International is the exclusive agent.
