Cushman & Wakefield opens a new Hospitality Department in Poland

A global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield has opened a Hospitality Department in Poland to be headed by Dorota Malinowska, who joined the Cushman & Wakefield team in June 2008.

Dorota Malinowska has graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. She has over 16 years of professional experience, including ten years in the finance department of the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw. She had worked for over two years as the Financial Director at ORCO Hotel Project for the hotels Le Regina and Diana Residence. She was responsible for operational tasks and investment projects. For the last two years she has run her own consultancy company Prime Crew rendering services for clients from the hospitality industry, including Intercontinental, ORCO and IBB Andersia.

Dorota has been joined in the newly established department joined by Dominika Jędrak, who has worked with Cushman & Wakefield Polska since 1998.

Since 2004 she worked in the Advisory and Valuation Services Department, specializing in analyzing the hospitality and tourism market. She prepared reports and analyses, among others, for Neinver, Castorama, Apollo Rida and Yours. She advised clients such as Lagoon Development Limited, Yours Investments, the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Dominika graduated from the Colleague of Tourism in Warsaw. Since June 2008 she has worked as an analyst in the Hospitality Department.

The new team forms part of the C&W Hospitality Department for Central and Eastern Europe, which was established in the Czech Republic in March 2007. The Hospitality team undertake hotel consultancy ( valuation & development ) driven, hotel operator selection and investment instructions throughout Poland and CEE. The company has recently made the decision to develop this area of services and to set up an office in Poland. This decision is in line with the company’s policy aimed at building a strong hospitality services team in Poland to meet client demands and strengthening its EMEA Hospitality structure.

C&W Hospitality in CEE is headed by Stewart Coggans, Director for the region and leads a team of 10 in CEE with teams in Budapest, Prague and Warsaw.
