2007 witnessed the launch of the new EU programming period for 2007 to 2013, with an allocated budget of over €864 billion euro and over €123 billion to be distributed in 2007 alone, there are more funds than ever available to support the growth of European businesses. New programmes have been created and different European regions allocated for priority funding following the accession of several countries to the community. Interesting developments have included a 75% increase in the budget available for research and the creation of a new programme specifically aimed at supporting innovation and competitiveness.

There are billions of euros of free money available to support EU business development and many organisations are finding that relocating part of their operations to another region in Europe can offer a real advantage to businesses and bottom line cash savings. However getting through the EU funding jungle is not easy…

Recognising the difficulties businesses face trying to cut through the maze of EU funding, j4b, Europe’s leading grant information provider has launched a new service offering a bespoke grant report highlighting those funds a particular organisation is eligible to apply for and which are going to bring real business success. Through their innovative pan-European grants database, j4b can uniquely offer access to over 8,500 funding programmes available at a European, national, regional and local level across Europe.

Each report will contain an introduction and grant commentary from selected leading grants consultants operating in Poland.
Each report is also tailored to the specific requirements of the business, with j4b’s team of grant experts able to bypass the EU funding jargon and identify only those opportunities that have the potential to offer real business benefits. Too many businesses can waste valuable time and money pursuing grants that ultimately will not support their business needs.

The launch of the new grants report service follows extensive consultation with the British Polish Chambers of Commerce who identified a need for such a service through their work supporting British business in Poland.
