|
This year's - second edition - of the competition is organised by
Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. The Equal
Opportunity Employer competition is aimed at awarding companies which
adopt a policy of equal opportunities for women and men at work
Winners of the competition will receive prestigious Equal Opportunity Employer 2007 emblems in two categories: small to middle size enterprise and large company.
All companies taking part in the competition will receive individual
reports from a survey undertaken by recognised experts from leading
Polish high schools, which can be of great help in developing their HR
policy.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
The competition is open to companies which have been operating on the
Polish market for at least 3 years and which employ not fewer than 10
people (women and men) regardless of their legal form and ownership
status. Companies applying for the competition will be surveyed by
means of a Gender Index, an innovative analytical tool which has been developed by scientists from leading Polish high schools. Note: the surveys will be run in Polish language.
The closing date for applications is the 28th September 2007,
however only the first 100 companies which apply will be entered for
the survey.
