Orco Property Group receives building permit for their flagship residential tower - ZBota 44

    Orco Property Group, an investor, developer and asset manager in the Central European real estate and hospitality market, announced today that on 5th December 2007 the company received a building permit for their flagship project – Złota 44.

    The 192 meter tall tower designed by the Polish-born architect Daniel Libeskind, will be erected on the former city centre shopping mall site. The impressive 54-floor structure will be home to 251 fully finished and equipped appartments with amenities including a concierge service, sundeck, 25-meter swimming-pool and sauna. Also landscape around the tower will be regenerated.


    The buidling construction will start immediately after the decision is final and will last 28 months. The first residents are expected to move in during the first semester of 2010. The general contractor – Besix – is completing preparation works on the former city centre shopping mall site after its demolition.
