Colliers International represented CAT LC Polska in lease negotiations for warehouse space |
CAT LC Polska is to lease almost 5,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Pruszków,
where it will establish a cross-dock platform for CAT’s domestic
distribution activity within Central and Eastern Poland. The beginning
of operations is planned for March, 2008.
Panattoni Park Pruszków is a logistics center being developed by the
American concern Panattoni Development Company, LLC. The investment
will be delivered at the beginning of 2008 and will be comprised of two
buildings with a total of 67,000 sqm of space. The development is well
located, near the A2 motorway.

During the negotiations of lease conditions CAT LC Polska was
represented by Maciej Cieliczko, a Colliers International advisor who
specialises in the Warsaw industrial market. To date, Maciej has
