DTZ releases the findings of its 'Office Market Update: Provincial Cities in Poland H1 2007' report |
New research released by global real estate adviser DTZ reveals that
Poland's second-tier cities are starting to gain more importance in the
Polish office market.
DTZ's 'Office Market Update: Provincial Cities in Poland H1 2007'
report examines office supply, demand and rental levels in the Polish
cities of Kraków, Wrocůaw, Tricity, Katowice, Poznań and Ůódę.

The key findings of the report include:
* Warsaw still dominates the Polish office market with a 71% share of the total modern office stock
* Vacancy rates across Polish provincial cities have fallen sharply from 15-20% in 2003-2004 to 1.1-5.5% at the end of H1 2007
* Excluding Warsaw, the most dynamic and mature office markets in
Poland include Kraków and Wrocław, followed by Tricity, Katowice,
Poznań and Ůódę
* Rents in Polish regional cities have increased and are competitive
compared to Warsaw, with prime headline rents ranging from €14 to €18
per sq m per month. |
