Lease agreement with one of the leading international developers - Panattoni. |
Flextronics Logistics will occupy approximately 21,000 sq m of
warehouse space and about 1000 sq m of offices in under construction
building of Panattoni Park Łódź.
Beata Hryniewska, Head of Industrial & Logistics at Jones Lang LaSalle commenting on the transaction said: “The
warehouse space has been already handed over to the Occupier for early
access. The construction of the building was one of the fastest on the
market in order to fulfil tight schedule requirements of Flextronics
who has started to operate in September.”

Panattoni Park Łódź is a complex of A-class warehouses of over 50,000
sq m total space. The site is situated at the leading form Gdańsk to
Cieszyn A1 motorway in close proximity with its junction with A2
motorway connecting Eastern and Western Europe. Simultaneously it’s
located close to the Łódź city centre which assures public
transportation (public bus stop and train station by site). |
