Logistics Group International GmbH (LGI) has signed a lease agreement in ProLogis Park BBonie |

Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of the occupier.
From 1st of September 2007, LGI will occupy 5,680 sq m of warehouse
area and 550 sq m of office space in building 7. All logistics
activities will be managed and operated by LGI.
Commenting on the deal Urszula Banaszczyk of Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial Team said: “The
tenant has done excellent research of the Polish warehouse market and
chosen the location which fulfils their requirements. ProLogis Park
Błonie, since its opening, has been very successful in attracting major
tenants. Developed by the world’s leading industrial developer,
conveniently located near Warsaw, provides top class warehouse &
industrial space. Therefore I am not surprised that such tenants as LGI
decide to be there.”

LGI Logistics Group International GmbH, with headquarters in
Boeblingen, (Southwest Germany) within the scope of an European
Distribution Network, LGI as LLP company launches its logistics
activities on the Polish market.
Polmat Sp zoo is a Polish subsidiary of the Willi Betz Transportation Group.
ProLogis Park Błonie is located in Błonie, 25 km west of Warsaw. It is
a distribution centre consisting of seven buildings (8th in the
pipeline) providing over 130,000 sq m of commercial space. The park is
located in zone II (15-30 km from Warsaw), where the significant
development activity has been recently observed. |
