Jones Lang LaSalle to lease Atrium City |
Jones Lang LaSalle has been recently chosen as the exclusive advisor
for the marketing & commercialisation process of Atrium City – new
development by Skanska Property Poland.
Atrium City constitutes next stage of the highly successful Atrium
complex (Atrium International Center, Atrium Tower, Atrium Centrum,
Atrium Plaza and hotel Westin) developed by Skanska along Al. Jana
Pawła in Warsaw. The building, scheduled to be delivered in Q1 2009,
will offer net rentable area of approx. 20 000 sqm,.
