Lease agreement in the 1st phase of the Marynarska Point project |
The entire project will consist of two independent buildings amounting to 26,000 sq m of office space in total.
ILF Consulting Engineers Polska will relocate to the building in April
2008 occupying around 1840 sq m located on the 4th and 5th floor.
Mats Johansson, Managing Director of Skanska Property Poland commented: “We
are glad that ILF Consulting Engineers Polska will join the group of
our tenants. Moreover, we are happy that with this deal the 1st phase
of the project has been already leased in 90%. It only confirms that
the project draws attention of many tenants.”
In the relocation and negotiation process ILF Consulting Engineers
Polska was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle Tenant Representation team.
Informing about the deal Jakub Sylwestrowicz of Jones Lang LaSalle noted: „Our
client experiences a dynamic growth related to numerous projects it
carries out, both in Poland and abroad. For that reason, we needed to
find an alternative office location, as the previous one was too small.
We approached the needs of ILF comprehensively. At first, we assisted
in finding a short-term office. ILF Consulting Engineers Polska
subleased office space from Fortis Bank in Mokotow. Next we started
searching for a long-term solution and eventually signed a lease in
Marynarska Point. We are convinced ILF will be satisfied with the new
office. We wish them all the best!”
