BPH FIZ SN, has instructed Cushman & Wakefield the management of real estate portfolio


    Real estate portfolio consists of the following buildings:

· Viking House office building of 4,000 sqm, situated in ul. Puławska area in Ursynów district in Warsaw. It is a 3-storey building with underground parking.

· Okęcie shopping centre of 90,000 sqm, situated at Aleja Krakowska 61 in Warsaw. The shopping centre comprises four retail buildings, an office building and a warehouse.

· Optimus Business Centre office complex of 18,000 sqm, situated between ul. Marynarska and ul. Wynalazek in Mokotów district in Warsaw. The complex consists of 4 buildings – two 11-storey and two 2-storey office buildings.

· 3 retail buildings of total area of 13,800 sqm, located in Silesia (Katowice, Chorzów, Bolesławiec).

    Rafał Mateusiak, Director of Property Management Team and BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomości Fund Manager, said, „Cushman & Wakefield has won a tender for the management of our property portfolio.
