Cushman & Wakefield represented Estée Lauder Poland on the transaction of signing a lease agreement with developer Apollo-Rida Poland on the letting of office and warehouse space in Żerań Park II.
Estée Lauder Poland has signed the lease agreement for 1.550 m² of
warehouse space and 250 m2 office space in warehouse centre Żerań Park
II in Warsaw. The leased space will be occupied from 1st June 2007.
Estée Lauder Companies, founded in 1946 in the United States is one the
largest manufacturer of skin care, make-up and fragrance. The cosmetics
lines of Estee Lauder, Clinique, Aramis Classic, Tommy Hilfiger, Donna
Karan, MAC, LA MER – are sold in more than 130 countries.
The developer of Żerań Park II complex is Apollo-Rida Poland.
Apollo-Rida Poland is a real estate organisation dedicated to the
development of, management and investment in, the highest quality
commercial real estate in Poland. It has been active in Poland since
1994 and has developed or is currently developing office and industrial
projects of the total area of more than 650,000 m². Apollo-Rida Poland
was formed as a joint venture of two United States based real estate
development companies: Rida Development Corporation seated in Houston,
Texas and Apollo Real Estate Advisors from New York.

Żerań Park II warehouse centre is located in Warsaw district of Żerań.
The Park comprises 4 buildings totalling 42,300 m², designed to the
latest standards and capabilities in warehousing and logistics
technology: clear height - 9 m, column grid 15 x 20 m, anti-dust floor
with loading capacity of 5T/m². The facility has maneuvering area,
parking for lorries and cars. Docks are equipped with hydraulic
levellers, section doors and collars for weather protection. There is
also CCTV system and 24 hour security.
