Cushman & Wakefield appointed by M-Invest Polska to sell their new apartments scheme in Kraków |
M-Invest Polska has appointed international property consultant Cushman
& Wakefield to sell their new apartments scheme in Krakow. M-Invest
belongs to Mota-Engil, Portugal’s largest construction company, and is
dedicated to residential and commercial developments.
The new scheme named “Apartamenty Kordylewskiego” is situated close to
the heart of Krakow, at the district of Grzegórzki, in the vicinity of
the Municipal Council, the Courts, Botanic Garden and Galeria Kazimierz
shopping centre, less than 2 km from the Old Market and Wawel Hill. The
construction will start this Spring with the completion planned at the
end of 2008.

Paulo Dias, Member of the Board of M-Invest, said, “Cushman &
Wakefield was a natural choice when it came to appointing an agent
given the firm’s experience in Poland. So far we have been co-operating
with C&W Portuguese office and were very pleased with the thorough
knowledge of the market and high level service.”

the city. The scheme will be 10 floors high with modern architecture.
There will be 52 apartments from 38 to 124 sqm. We will start the
selling process in April 2007.”
