Warehouse space in Poland on Cushman & Wakefield’s map |

Cushman & Wakefield have launched the 3rd edition of Industrial Space Poland 2007 map of modern warehouse space in Poland.
The map features:
· 74 main warehouse parks in Poland on seven separate regional maps
· Target roads solution in Poland presented on a 1:1,500,000 scale.
The maps of regions include the following locations:
- Warsaw area – with 36 main warehouse parks
- Upper Silesia – with 12 main warehouse parks
- Poznań – with 8 main warehouse parks
- Central Poland – with 11 main warehouse parks
- Wrocław – with 4 main warehouse parks
- Tricity – with 2 main warehouse parks
- Kraków – with 1 main warehouse park
Tomasz Olszewski, Head of Industrial Department in Cushman &
Wakefield, said, “The warehouse space market in Poland is booming. Many
companies transfer production to our country, expand distribution and
improve logistics. Thus, we believe that we are becoming the
warehouse-logistics centre for Central and Eastern Europe. Our map is
an interesting and practical material for tenants, developers and
investors. We have also marked a communication network, including the
routes of existing motorways as well as those planned and under
construction.”
