Polish office of Cushman & Wakefield has employed 150th employee. |

It is Robert Molis, who has joined Capital Markets Group as a Location Specialist.
|
Robert is a graduate of Department of Management at Warsaw University
with specialization in Property Management. Previously he worked for
Apsys for three years – first in shopping centre management department,
then as a General Director’s assistant and Junior Development Manager.
Dorota Skowrońska-Kuśnierkiewicz, Human Resources Manager in Cushman
& Wakefield, said: “We are one of the most rapidly growing real
estate consultancies on the Polish market. In 2006 we had 61%
employment growth, and we plan to raise the employment by 30% till the
end of 2007. We are still seeking people with professional experience,
especially negotiators, real estate surveyors and property management
specialists. We provide trainings opportunities for students in spring,
summer and autumn edition.
This year we have admitted over 15 students
from the following departments: economics, management with
specialization in property or geodesy and architecture from various
Polish universities.

Every year from 2 to 5 trainees decide to start
their internships or begin their job career with our firm. We believe
that investing in young talents enhances the value of our human
resources as well as the firm’s competitiveness.”
