Salans Warsaw expands its Capital Markets Practice |
Salans Warsaw has recently greatly increased its Capital Markets Practice with the arrival of five new lawyers.
Robert Dulewicz and Marcin Bartczak, partners, co-head the Team.
Marcin and Robert, who joined Salans Warsaw from Clifford Chance, are
highly recognized experts in the area of capital markets and
securities. Two of their associates – Marek Trzos and Michał
Śmiechowski – also made the switch from Clifford. Marek Milwicz,
associate, joined the team from the legal department of Kredyt Bank
(KBC Group).
Marcin Bartczak, co-head of the Capital Markets Practice in Warsaw, has
over 12 years experience in advising on Polish capital markets and
derivatives transactions. He spent six months in the derivatives
department of Clifford Chance London.

Robert Dulewicz, co-head of the Capital Markets Practice in Warsaw, has
over 9 years experience in securities, banking and foreign exchange law
and was seconded to the securitisation department of Clifford Chance
London.
In a later development, Hubert Makosz joined the team on 5 November
2007. He is an advocate with over 6 years of experience in advising on
Polish corporate, banking and capital markets transactions. He was
previously associated with Clifford Chance where he advised on numerous
cross border banking deals and securitization transactions for Polish
and international clients.
The new team has strong support in Artur Cieślik, senior associate and
Inga Dulska, associate, who have both provided valuable advice to
Salans Warsaw clients on capital markets issues to date. |
