Hays Poland strengthens its team |
 Ewelina Kitlińska has been appointed a Regional
Marketing Manager CEE in Hays Poland, a global leader in specialist
recruitment. She will coordinate marketing activities in Poland, Czech
Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Her main area of responsibilities are
connected with attracting the best candidates to recruitment processes
and development of the modern tools of communication with candidates
and clients.
Ewelina graduated Warsaw School of Ecomonics. She had been associated
with telecommunication and IT sector since 1998 working for marketing
departments in such companies as Alcatel, eTel, Netia. She took part in
creating marketing strategies, run promotion campaigns and implemented
innovative marketing solutions - like retention and loyalty programs -
based on different IT systems. Her main hobby is journalism – she has
been cooperating with press and Internet media since 2003. |
 Kaja Zielonka has been promoted to Branch Coordinator
in HAYS Poland in Tricity Branch. She is responsible for the business
development in the Northern Poland region. Main areas of activity of
Consultants in this region are the following markets: Construction
& Property, Financial and Manufacturing.
Kaja joined in to the HAYS Construction & Property team in November
2005, started her challenge with company from monthly practice. She was
mainly concentrated on the activity in the market of buildings
materials companies.
She graduated Social Clinical Psychology At the Warsaw School of Social
Psychology. She gained her first professional experiences in clinical
area of psychology – psychological aid and she worked with victims and
makers of domestic violence.
She likes cats, rock music and spending time with friends. |
