CB Richard Ellis has established Professional Consultancy Services in Poland and CEE

Barbara Fryzeł has been appointed an Associate Director and Head of the Consultancy.

Fryzeł Barbara’s role will include establishment and co-ordination of CB Richard Ellis Professional Consultancy services in CEE, including site selection studies for clients looking to off-shore business operations into CEE, conducting reviews to identify real estate strategies in support of business objectives.

She will be responsible for consultancy work including reports on projects ranging from strategic policy and capacity reviews to site specific analysis (feasibility and needs studies), regional portfolio optimization studies, single transaction support for acquisitions and disposals and organization structure studies.

Barbara has over 10 years experience with multinational companies in retail and real estate development in Poland. She previously worked BP Poland, Jones Lang LaSalle and Ahold Real Estate Europe. She graduated from Kraków High School of Economics and holds PhD in management and economics from Jagiellonian University.
