Office Agency
 Karol Klin has been appointed Director of Office
Agency at CB Richard Ellis Poland. He graduated from Maria Curie -
Skłodowska University in Lublin (MSc Law and Administration Faculty).
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis he has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle
and Maxon Properties. He is licensed broker and property manager. Karol
also holds CCIM certificate. Karol has over 7 years of professional
experience in real estate specializing in commercial property leasing,
marketing and sales. In CB Richard Ellis.
Karol is responsible for Office Agency, leasing strategies, cooperation
with investors and developers as well as with the tenants. He speaks
fluent English and his main hobby is his family.
 Jarosław Prawicki has appointed as Senior Property
Negotiator in CB Richard Ellis Office Agency. He graduated from Warsaw
School of Economics, Real Estate department. Prior to joining CB
Richard Ellis he has worked for Cushman & Wakefield and GE Capital
Golub. Jarosław has over 4 years of professional experience in real
estate specializing in office leasing and marketing. Having a vast
experience in representing both tenants and landlords, Jarosław
specializes in negotiating lease terms and legal aspects of lease
contracts.
He speaks fluent English and German and his hobbies include football and traveling.
Joanna Kalinowska was promoted to a position of Senior
Property Negotiator in CB Richard Ellis Warsaw office. Joanna has been
with CB Richard Ellis since 2002. Previously she has been working in
one of the biggest Media Houses in Poland – OMD Poland and Publicis,
advertising agency. She graduated from Warsaw University of Commerce
and Law, Management and Marketing Faculty. She speaks English and her
hobbies include traveling, cycling, paragliding and joga.
Research and Investment Departments
 Joanna Mroczek has been appointed Associate Director
and Head of Research and Consultancy Team in CB Richard Ellis Polska.
She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics – International Real
Estate faculty. She speaks fluent English and French. Previously she
worked in JLL as Information Officer and in the South Korean Embassy as
Promotion and Market Manager. Having over five years experience in
market research Joanna specialises in commercial real estate market
analysis and database creation. In CB Richard Ellis she will be heading
a team of four and will be responsible for consultancy work including
reports on projects ranging from strategic reviews to site specific
analysis. She will be also working actively on developing databases and
mapping systems, together with consultancy work for key clients and
various site specific development assignments. Her hobbies include
traveling, skiing and photography.

 Michał Rokosz has recently joined CB Richard Ellis as
Investment Surveyor in the Investment Department, where he is
responsible for sales, acquisitions and investment advisory services.
Michal is a member of Pan-European Debt and Equity Finance team,
headquartered in Madrid, which provides broad scope of advisory
services in area of assessing and developing the most efficient
financing structure. Michal graduated from the Kraków Academy of
Economics (Corporate Finance and Accountancy) and holds a post-graduate
diploma in Corporate Finance – High School of Finance and Management in
Warsaw. Michał has several years of professional experience in
financial services. Previously he worked at Bank Zachodni WBK (Allied
Irish Banks Group) and ING Lease. Michał was also a member of advisory
committee to Arka BZWBK property Fund. He speaks fluent English and his
hobbies include his family, mobile telecommunication and photography.
 Klaudia Woźniak has been appointed Senior Retail
Investment Consultant in the Investment Department of CB Richard Ellis
in Poland. Klaudia joined CB Richard Ellis Warsaw office in June 2007.
She is responsible for sales and acquisitions, mainly of shopping
centres.Klaudia graduated from the Academy of Economics in Poznan
(Master degree in Management of Investments in Real Estate) and
post-graduate studies in valuation. She had started her career at
Couderq & Kubas Oncor International in the research department and
then worked for eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, Warsaw office
specializing in retail (negotiations, merchandise mix and tenant mix
advisory and shopping centres layout and design). She speaks fluent
English and Russian and her hobbies include skiing and wine.
Residential Department
 Anna Terlecka has appointed Sales Manager in the
Residential Department of CB Richard Ellis. Anna will be responsible
for the creation of marketing and commercialization strategies on
behalf of residential developers as well as feasibility studies and
professional advisory. Anna has over 11 years of experience in
residential advisory. She was previously employed in Unikat and German
developer Viterra Development Polska Sp. z o.o., where she was heading
the Sales Department. Recently she was responsible for marketing
division for GP Investments sp. z o.o. (Grupo Prasa). She graduated
from linguistic studies of Warsaw University and holds real estate
management license from the High School of Real Estate in Warsaw. She
speaks fluent English and German.CBRE Residential department is a joint

has been created in response to the growing international interest in
