The international law firm Lovells has appointed five lawyers from its Warsaw office to the position

    This status was introduced by the law firm three years ago to recognize the role played by Senior Lawyers and stress their involvement in the development of the firm.

The following were appointed to the position of Counsel:

NasiłowskaAdvocate Joanna Krawczyk-Nasiłowska of the Real Estate Department, concerned with civil, commercial and administrative law, with particular emphasis on law concerning commercial companies, real estate dealings, and foreign investments; 

 

 

 

 

 

WnękLegal adviser Aldona Wnęk of the Financial Institutions Department, concerned with a comprehensive legal service to insurance companies, legal advice to foreign investors on entering the Polish insurance market, and also bancassurance projects;

 

 

   

 

GagoLegal adviser Robert Gago of the Corporation Department. His professional practice primarily covers legal advice on Polish and European competition law, consumer law, commercial contracts, and representing entrepreneurs in proceedings before the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection and other regulatory authorities;

GrochowskiLegal adviser Rafał Grochowski of the Banking Department, concerned with legal advice for Polish and foreign banks in project finance and property finance, and also issuing Debt Instruments;

 

 

 

 

 

 

ZawiślakLegal adviser Piotr Zawiślak of the Banking Department. His experience covers comprehensive advice to Polish and foreign banks, particularly in property finance, sale by back leasing, and debt restructuring.
