Maria Czubińska-Zaremba has joined Real Estate Department. |
She holds a Master’s degree in Law and Administration from the
Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She also completed a postgraduate
course in American Law organised jointly by the Jagiellonian University
and the Catholic University of America. Earler she was working at the
Headquarters of Bank PEKAO S.A. Maria specialises in civil law, real
estate law, construction law and European Union law.
Anna Jönsson has joined Real Estate Department as a Senior Associate.
She is a Legal Advisor and holds a Master’s degree in law from the
University of Warsaw. She also studied at the College of British Law of
the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge. Beforehand
she worked as a lawyer with the company "Skanska Polska Sp. z o.o.",
and then as head of legal department at "Skanska S.A. Dywizja
Deweloperska" in Warsaw.
Anna specialises in civil law, in particular in legal issues relating
to developer activity, real estate trade and management as well as
construction law, public procurement law, and FIDIC projects. Moreover,
she deals with issues relating to civil and administrative court
proceedings.

Jarosław Fidala has joined Competition Department. He
holds two Master’s degrees in law - one from the Faculty of Law and
Administration of Łódź University and the other one from the University
François Rabelais in Tours. He also completed a postgraduate course in
French Law in Łódź. He previously gained experience working for
Kancelaria Adwokacka Alicji Bień, Mariusza Wolskiego and for Kancelaria
Radcy Prawnego Magdaleny Śnieguli.
Jarosław specialises mainly in competition and consumer protection law
as well as in issues relating to civil, copyright and food law.
