New managing director of Hays Poland |

Michał Młynarczyk has been appointed managing director of Hays Poland.
 Michał is a graduate of Business and Economics faculty at University of
Sydney, with Master of HRM degree and Institute of Applied Social
Sciences with Master of Sociology with a employment market
specialization. Michal has worked on multiple consulting projects for
companies like PwC, Sapphire IT, TMP.Worldwide and Qantum HR.

Prior to his current position Michal has worked as a Business Unit
Manager at HAYS Poland managing HAYS Construction&Property and HAYS
IT recruitment consulting divisions that focus on specialist and
managerial search and selection, executive search and salary surveys.
Privately he is a passionate traveler, always open to participate in team sports and kite surfing. |
