Simon Winter joins the Commercial Litigation
Department of City Law firm Pritchard Englefield from regional
practice, asb law, as an assistant solicitor. Having qualified first as
a barrister, before re-training as a solicitor with City firm Lewis
Silkin, Simon has experience of advocacy in both the High Court and the
County Courts.

Simon has been acting for 7 years for commercial organisations and
individuals who face the costs and risks associated with property,
professional negligence and construction disputes. He acted in a recent
leading case on claims against negligent valuation surveyors, McKinnon
