Their appointments are due to the company’s development and to the introduction of new brands, Rapida and Mandarynka,
to the market. Currently, Provident is one of the largest British
employers in the country with over 2,000 employees and almost 13,000
Representatives.
 Marcin Niewiadomski (34 years old), Marketing
Director. He is responsible for marketing of all brands – Provident,
Rapida and Mandarynka – and for positioning these brands on the Polish
market. He has been working in the Company since 1 November 2006. He is
an economics Ph.D. graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. He
also achieved an Executive MBA degree at the Warsaw University and the
University of Illinois, USA. He began his career in the stock brokerage
house of BRE Bank, then he was a manager at GMAC Bank, and lately he
executed a function of the Marketing and Product Development Director
in the Individual Banking Sector of Kredyt Bank, where he had also held
other managerial positions. He is a proud father of 5-month-old Julia.
After work, he relaxes while listening to classical music or playing
tennis.
 Dariusz Kostro (35 years old), General Director of
Rapida Brand. He is responsible for the brand’s development.
Previously, he was a Business Development Executive in the Company. As
for his education, he graduated from Management and Marketing at the
Lublin University of Technology and completed a post-graduate studies
of banking and finance at the Warsaw University.

Moreover, he was
awarded the titles of DiM (Diploma in Management) and MBA at the
University of Central Lancashire and the Lublin School of Business.
Prior to his career in Provident, he acquired his professional
experience, among others, in Daewoo Motor Polska, executing the
function of the Board Service Team Manager. Furthermore, he held the
positions of Sales Department Director in Invest Bank and the Banking
and Insurance Vice-Director in Euro Net.
In his spare time, he plays ricochet, skis or cycles. He is married and has two children.
 Piotr Kalisz (32 years old), IT Director. He started
his work in Provident Polska on 1 March this year. He is responsible
for creating and implementing the development strategy for information
and telecommunication technologies in Provident. He graduated from the
Gdańsk University Management Department. Previously, he fulfilled the
role of an advisor to Westrust Bank in Guatemala, he was a consultant
in Accenture, and more recently, the Operations Department Director in
Pekao S.A. Bank. He has got a wife and two children, and he often
travels with his family. In his spare time, he trains and cultivates
his musical passions.
