Anna Pfejfer-Buczek is the new President of Oprandi
Polska Sp. z o.o, the Polish office of the Swiss recruitment and
executive search company Oprandi and Partner, as of February 2007. As a
medical doctor, she graduated from Medical School in Warsaw. Later she
completed her Postgraduate Strategic Marketing Diploma at the Warsaw
School of Economics and her MBA at Koźminski Business School.
Anna gained sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical
business, reaching the position of Marketing Director and member of the
Management Committee in Eli Lilly Co. Anna, as Managing Partner of the
Oprandi Polska office in Warsaw, is actively looking for business
opportunities for the company in different sectors.
‘Our vision is to have long term relationships with both clients and
candidates and be able to become their partner through the quality of
our recruitment services,’ says Anna. ‘Our consultants have extensive
business experience reached in a wide range of sectors, and we want to
share our knowledge for the benefit of our customers.’ Anna is still
looking forward to expanding her team and to offer career opportunities
to experienced managers who want to start their business life in
executive search.
She enjoys professional dog training and she loves labradors.
Lionel Hall has joined Oprandi Polska as a partner
after extensive senior management experience both in the UK and in
Central and Eastern Europe. After qualifying as a lawyer in the UK,
Lionel joined Nestlé and worked in several locations in UK before
arriving in Poland in 1994 as part of a multinational team for Nestlé
helping to develop its business in Poland. As HR manager, Lionel stayed
in Poland until 1996 before moving to Moscow and then to Kiev with
British American Tobacco, before returning to Poland in 2000 as HR
Director for BAT.

Lionel’s hobbies include reading non-fiction, travel, golf and spending time with his young family.
 Roman Lercher has joined the Oprandi Polska team as a
consultant. He is an engineer but also has completed postgraduate
studies in journalism. His extensive experience has been gained through
employment in insurance companies. Roman was Vice-President and General
Director in Canada Brokers in the early nineties. Then he moved to
Commercial Union as Regional Director of Life Group Insurance. He was
Managing Director in TU Allianz Polska and Norwich Union companies,
where he was responsible for establishing the company business in
Poland. In addition to his contracted job he has also contributed to
Gazeta Bankowa and Puls Biznesu.
He enjoys scuba diving, travelling and skiing.
