It is our pleasure to announce that in January Michał Kurzyński,
leading the real estate and M&A team, and Przemysław Cichulski,
Manager of the Banking and Finance team, were promoted to Senior
Associates in recognition of their capability in relationship building
with clients and for their contribution to the dynamic growth of the
practice areas under their supervision.
 Michał Kurzyński has been advising foreign clients on
real estate acquisitions, mergers, shares and business acquisitions,
companies’ formation, setting up branches of foreign companies,
structuring joint ventures, establishing and the operation of closely
held companies. He has supervised or participated in the preparation of
legal due diligence reports for numerous leading Polish companies.
Analysis of real estates' legal status of and assessment of related
risks formed a significant part of his job.
He has also worked for Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. and Polish Airlines
PLL LOT, British Airways, Eaton Electric, France Telecom, Fresenius
Medical Care, Norauto, Rema Invest, Williams and Winterthur. |
 Przemysław Cichulski is an experienced corporate
banking lawyer specialising in banking and finance transactions,
banking regulatory matters, general asset finance, receivables
financing, securitisation, property financing and re-financings. He
also has experience in the retail and SME banking sectors, earned in a
retail banking project for Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A.
He has advised on private equity deals, reconstructions of all
descriptions, mezzanine finance transactions, secured lending, asset
backed financing transactions, leasing, licensing of new banks and
legal assessments, and the sale of banks as going concerns. |
