Mmd opens offices in Eastern Europe |

Mmd, one of the leading network PR and PA consultancies, expands into
Eastern Europe markets. Operations in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
joined Mmd 18 offices network. New offices are managed by Ian Herbison,
to date Managing Director of Mmd Poland.
With Mmd development Ian Herbison became Regional
Director Poland, Romania & Baltic States. „Expansion of our company
east was a mater of time, especially that we have offices in Russia,
Kazakhstan and Ukraine. In this way we are responding to our clients’,
international corporations, needs, which require counselling in
business strategies in this part of Europe. In new markets we offer
expertise and standards of communication services to which our clients
are used to across the CEE region, in which Mmd has been operating for
15 years now.” – said Ian Herbison.
In the new Regional Director function Ian Herbison manages business
development on five markets across the CEE region and is involved in
strategic counselling for clients. Formerly Ian worked for Mmd offices
in Hungary, Czech Republic, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania and Bulgaria for
clients such as: UniCredit, Allianz, Ruhrgas, Tenaris, Yukos, Intel and
General Electric. |
Promotion of Ian Herbison in global structures of Mmd made a portion of management functions in Mmd Poland handed over to Ewa Szejner,
to date PA & Corporate Communication Director. Ewa assumed a role
of Deputy General Manager and will be managing Polish office of Mmd and
counselling corporate and PA clients.
Ewa has 10 years of professional experience in Public Affairs and
company excellence. She specialises in corporate communication
strategies, public affairs, issues management and organisational
culture change. Prior to joining Mmd she was responsible for PA
activates of the USA Department of State Local Government Partnership
Program in Poland and cooperated with Cambridge Centre for
Competitiveness and Innovation and European Centre for Quality. As the
sole PR specialist in Poland she joined prestigious International
Visitor Program organised by Department of State of the USA. |
