New Executive Chef at the InterContinental Warszawa |
 Eric Fettke Eric Fettke (31) – South African, has been appointed to the position of Executive Chef of the InterContinental Warszawa.
Eric who comes from Johannesburg started his hotel career with Protea
hotels and then moved to the Sandton Sun and Towers Intercontinental
where he spent the last 6 years. As executive sous chef he helped
oversee both hotels as well as the Sandton Convention centre. |
He has
spent the last 12 years cooking and has represented South Africa in
London, Madrid and Shanghai promoting their cuisine. He is married and
has a little baby girl born in July 2006.
Eric and his team are eager to redefine the contemporary food styles
within the hotel, focusing on International food trends, innovative and
creative food design, defining flavours of the dishes as well as
