New Partner at the Baker & McKenzie Warsaw Office |
 Paweł Świrski has been appointed as a Partner of the Baker & McKenzie Warsaw Office.
He joined Baker & McKenzie in 1997. Prior to joining the law firm
Paweł worked for Polish capital market institutions, where he was
involved in projects relating to the public securities market. |
Paweł
also advised on transactions involving the purchase of large blocks of
shares and the privatization of companies from the telecommunication,
banking, insurance and agriculture/food industries. Currently he
specialises in company, civil (contract) and insurance law.
He is also
involved in the development of WTO practice.
Paweł is the author of numerous articles published in professional
publications on subjects such as corporate governance, company and
civil law, WTO law. |
