Małgorzata Pietrzak - Paciorek is an advocate and is

Marek Rosiński is a legal advisor and heads the

From December 2005 to May 2006 he served as the undersecretary of state
at the Finance Ministry. As a well-known and highly regarded tax law
expert, he was responsible for preparing reform of the Polish tax
system. Prior to being appointed minister, Mirosław advised Baker &
McKenzie Gruszczyński and Partners. Before this he led the indirect tax
group at one of the Big Four consultancy firms.
During his career he has advised in some of the largest real estate
transactions ever carried out in Central Europe. In addition, he has
been advisor to the five largest IT companies in Poland. He supervised
and co-ordinated projects carried out by the largest Polish
telecommunications, banking, distribution and manufacturing
organisations aimed at adapting their tax structures to the changed tax
requirements resulting from Poland's EU accession. He is partner and
advisor of many business organisations, including the Lewiatan
Confederation of Private Employers, the American Chamber of Commerce in

Mirosław is the creator and founder of the Internet initiative Rada Podatkowa, a coalition for good tax law.
