Damian F. Pons has been appointed a Senior Director of the Investment Department of CB Richard Ellis
 Damian F. Pons began his career in the Valuations
Advisory Department of CB Richard Ellis Spain in September 2002.
Damian was in charge of portfolio valuations in Spain, for CB Richard
Ellis key clients including Vallehermoso, Inmobiliaria Colonial, Bami,
Urbis and Metrovacesa and Testa Inmuebles en Renta.
At the beginning of 2003, he moved to the Investment Department working
actively on the disposal of office, industrial and logistics projects,
shopping centres and land. In 2004 he was appointed Director of
Valuations and Investment Consultancy Madrid.Before working in CB
Richard Ellis Madrid office, Damian worked as trainee for DTZ Debenham
Thorpe in London and for the Latin-American and Caribbean office of CB
Richard Ellis in Miami. Damian is member of the RICS (Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors) and holds a degree in Real Estate Management
from Oxford Brookes University, together with a MBA diploma
specialising in Finance from the University of Miami. He speaks fluent
English, Spanish and French.

CB Richard Ellis Investment Team is undergoing constant growth to match
the high interest into real estate market in Poland. John Palmer,
Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis Poland commented: ‘2005
was a record and significant year for the property investment market in
Poland. The amount invested property market in the country reached EUR
3.1 billion, which represents a 148% increase on 2004. We expect
further huge interest from International investors, especially from
